Works like a Charm!
Skeptical at first, but delighted in how well it worked. Cooled forehead and gave relief as described. Only one minor comment: there’s a very slight odor detected from the cooling gel, but not overwhelming as to discontinue use. Would purchase this item again.

Life saver!
These have been a life saver during my little mans teething stage. The strips are pretty big so I cut them in 1/2 and they work wonders! Iâve even used it on myself!The patch has a strong scent but itâs not horrible. Smells like eucalyptus. It seems to calm my son down. The patch really does stay cold for a while.The only CON is that it doesnât stick for longer than an hour but it could be because my son is so active.

Was great for fever and staying in bed. Size was good not too big or small. Stayed cool while inside during spring. Not cool enough for summer heat even when put in fridge as suggested and doesn’t stick well when standing or moving and anywhere other than neck.

Other uses, let’s talk menopause
No joke it is shocking to me to be here feeling alone dealing with menopause symptoms when I know it’s not new to woven of my age. That being said I’ve been scoring the Internet for relief. Placing this in between my chest has provided amazing relief, worth a shot if you’re experiencing smililiart discomfort.

It is cool but does not stick well , I recently just got my wisdom tooth pulled need these for my swallow face but it is not Sticky enough. It falls off right after .

Different from the Kobayashi gel sheets in one important way: they stink of mint!
Amazon stopped selling the Japanese Kobayashi gel sheets that I sometimes use when I have migraines. I was looking for an alternative, so I bought these. They’re smaller, meant for children I guess. But that wasn’t the problem. I would have even liked the fact that they were packed in singles rather than doubles more, but… one of the additional ingredients we see on the package is mint, and HO BOY these things absolutely REEK of mint. I am not averse to mint. I love mint chocolate ice cream and Altoids and minty toothpaste and mouthwash. But something about these things, I just can’t stand the smell. I didn’t even like having it sitting in my trash near my desk. They’re that strong.I’ve since found what I believe to be the proper American-released equivalent to the Kobayashi gel pads, so these were refunded to Amazon. I’m giving them one star because I literally could not use them without the smell making me feel worse. If you love mint or just want to give them a try, go for it, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.
