Very nice! I’m using it as an external hdd for my Dish Hopper!
It’s small & tucks in nicely next to the Hopper. I am able to transfer EVERYTHING I like there so I can watch a huge variety of shows & keep them without overloading the Hopper. It’s VERY fast, so moving the vids takes only a few minutes, even if I’m shifting 8 or 10 of them! This is waaaayy cheaper than upgrading to the Hopper 3! It has a 2TB total capacity (I can use only 76% of it as the rest is for the set-up of folders etc.) so adding a clean 2TB drive to the regular Hopper gives me ~2.75TB CLEAN SPACE to record stuff.I like it A LOT!!!

Excellent external hard drive!
I’m in the process of organizing and finding a local storage to back up my photos. This hard drive comes in handy; it works out of the box on an apple silicon chip macbook (m1), and the upload speed is pretty fast. The packaging looked good and the external hard drive itself felt nice to touch, in addition to a pleasant design. Overall, I’m really satisfied with it in both the aesthetic and functional aspects. I also really like how it comes with a USB C adapter, so not only can I just use it out the box, but use the adapter to help convert other usb a cables.Strongly recommend this for any file storage or backups!

Great drive
I use my drive as a game storage drive and when playing it gers very hot. I would like maybe some small rubber feet to come with it so it can sit a little off your desk, if like me, yours lays flat on the desk. I have noticed that as the driver gets warmer it gets louder so I’ve ordered a small fan to put under it and try to keep it cooler during use. Other than that little thing it’s great!

Dead Hard Drive – Updated
5TB Hard Drive worked well for about two months and then it stopped working; the Hard Drive is no longer recognized by my computer or several others I have tried. I have tried all trouble shooting suggestions and those have not worked. There is no easy way to contact the company and ask for customer support – a simple search on the internet provides nothing that is useful. I contacted Amazon for help in contacting the company and was provided a link that brought me back to the Amazon page. I am not very hopeful that I will be able to retrieve what I have stored on the Hard Drive. I will need to purchase another hard drive, but will not be purchasing from this company. Glad that others found the product to be to their liking, but I am very disappointed. As an update, through Amazon, I was able to interact with the company and they will be replacing my hard drive – hopefully, that one will work better (and longer).

Easy to install
The quality is a bit in the average level good, it is easy to install by plugging it in. Storage is very nice to use for gaming storage or any space for your pc, console, or anything else. I’m like how speed it is and make things a bit easy for me to use it for home.

bonjour reçu dans les temps très silencieux fonctionne a merveille j’ai sauvegarder toute mes donner dessus sans problème et le conditionnement de la boite est très bien pour le conserver a l’ abrit des chocs il réceptionne les donnés rapidement et s’ouvre très vite sans disfonctionnement j’en suis très content je le recommande et pour moi la capacité du disque est suffisamment grande pour le stockage cordialement jacques

FÃsicamente hablando, el cuerpo es de plástico pero resistente, de calidad, se nota que no es del plástico “chino”, de ahà que pese muy poco, se agradece, el tamaño es perfecto, como mi mano, cabe en el bolsillo sin problema.Es casi totalmente silencioso, digo casi porque cuando trabaja al máximo se nota un pequeño zumbido que no es molesto y con el ruido ambiente incluso pasa desapercibido.Por dentro cumple perfectamente con la descripción, las velocidades de lectura y escritura son muy elevadas, si bien depende también de tus usb, pero no he tenido problema de pasar varios archivos pequeños a la vez como archivos pesados, los ratios de velocidad han sido muy estables en todo momento.Lo he estado usando en una Surface y como digo sin problema.Tengo pensado usarlo como disco duro para juegos retro y emuladores, asà que tanto la velocidad y la capacidad me vienen de perlas.En resumen, calidad-precio está muy bien, si bien es cierto que hay otros discos más rápidos y con más capacidad, el precio también se incrementa y al final uno busca lo que necesita al menor precio posible.

Die Festplatte ist sehr handlich, hat viel Speicherplatzmöglichkeit, war super verpackt und kam schnell bei uns an. Der PC hat sie auf Anhieb erkannt habe ihr noch einen festen Laufwerksbuchstaben verpasst sie ist sehr leise und nun ist wieder genügend Platz für die Unterbringung meiner Fotos vorhanden. Danke und sehr gern wieder!
