Easy to carry and fast
Daughter loves it for college,for her new laptop .needs something easy and light to carry…and fast to keep up with her work and transfer data fast as her files are large..with Adobe photoshop and other programs that require large amount data transfer…she has two external crucial 9x plug in as she tranfer files and work load back and forth…apple tablet that she uses with her clients ….her pen and her design tablet..maybe her phone and head set….the Acer hub can handle the load as of now no problem …works great with her Hp ryzen7 4tb drive , 64GB RAM

Passes data and power
Good for when space is tight around usb-c ports. Data and power x4 works for most devices, only exception I found was for higher-demand video, multiple 2-4k displays.

I recently purchased a new Mac mini computer and added a Acer 4 in 1 USB C-Hub. Upon connecting there was an issue with how I was using the product. This was due to my error but I contacted ACER for help. Their service was excellent in determining my error and instructing the correction. Their support was helpful and timely as well as available immediately with follow up the next day to assure everything was working as expected.

Doesn’t work – not a good investment
The blue light shows up that it’s connected but multiple USB and USB-C dongles do not work. I’ve tried this dongle on various USB-C ports, different computers, and troubleshooted with no change. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY ACER PRODUCTS (exception being monitors which they can’t really mess up).

Small and it works, no disconnections, no speed or power issues. Name brand, at unknown brand price.

I found other item at lower price with similar description but some reviews left me doubting about their build quality, compatibility, reliability, etc. So I decided to go with this one since it’s not too expensive and made by Acer (which I trust). I use it to connect 3 portable SSD to my PC (Running windows 10 64b). Everything is working fine, transfer speed is good.
