LGA1851 AND LGA1700 CONTACT FRAME: Improved contact pressure distribution through Intel mounting frame for efficient heat transfer, thanks to even CPU contact surface
NATIVE AMD OFFSET MOUNTING: Optimized for the multi-die chiplet design of Ryzen processors – 5mm offset for optimal coverage of the CPU hotspot, resulting in more efficient heat transfer
ACTIVE COOLING OF THE VOLTAGE CONVERTERS: PWM-controlled VRM fan that additionally cools components in the base area, such as voltage converters
INTEGRATED CABLE MANAGEMENT: The PWM cables of the radiator fans are integrated into the jacket of the hoses, which means that only one visible cable is connected to the motherboard
LIMITED COMPATIBILITY WITH A FEW MOTHERBOARDS: Oversized coolers on the M.2_1 slot can lead to compatibility problems. An overview and solution is available in the technical data, in the manual and on the manufacturer’s website. Please use the compatibility check

Excellent AIO for high TDP CPU’s – if you can get it to fit
Upgraded system from Ryzen 5900X to 9900X. I don’t overclock or game much, but 9900X set for higher TDP in BIOS. Initially reused old 240mm AIO (Corsair H100i Pro). Idle temp was ~50 C and 95+ C under heavy video editing with some throttling – needed to upgrade AIO too.Pros:Fantastic price of $86 can’t be beat.Same system with 280mm Arctic idles in high 30’s C and only hits mid-high 70’s C under same load. That’s 20C cooler under load! and no throttling.Supplied fans cool fantastically, yet can barely be heard under full load (1650 rpm)The Arctic components are impressively built. All parts HD and well finished. The AMD mounting was easy to install. Out of box everything setup for top of case install – nothing to change.Minor Cons:No install documentation provided – Web only and cannot be downloaded – had to view on another device during install. My case was “approved” (Corsair 4000D Airflow), but everything was very tight. Fan wires and memory modules inaccessible after radiator in place.Hoses are stiff – had to restrain with big tie wrap to allow case door to be put back.Pump speed reporting whacky – out of box showed 4000-4800 rpm? Had to dial-in a 0.6 adj factor to get readings to 2800 max.If it will fit, highly recommend this AIO for hot CPUs

Easy AM5 install, quiet, shockingly effective
Given the reviews I’ve watched and read I expected this to be difficult to install, especially when mounting the block to the CPU on my Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 mainboard. Instead, I was able to get the thing installed within a couple minutes without removing the board from the case, or even laying the case down on its side. The mount appears solid as my CPU idle temps are in the mid 30s in the hottest room in the house. This thing cools my Ryzen 7 7800X3D better than the 360mm AIO it replaced.I mounted this cooler on the front of a Fractal Design North with tempered glass side panel. As shipped, with the fans attached, the radiator will not fit in a tubes-down orientation if your GPU is 270mm or longer (mine is 267mm). You can sandwich the case’s front fan mounting rails between the fans and radiator to make it fit quite comfortably, though. I chose to mount the fans inside and the radiator outside to minimize audible fan noise, which was somewhat challenging but worth it. Be aware, though, that due to the thickness of the radiator this will necessitate the removal of the filter from the front panel.I also opted to use a pair of 140mm Noctua NF-A14 fans left over from a previous build instead of the Arctic ones that came with the unit. I’m sure this contributes to the overall silence of the system.

    Solid, quite and great cooling
Upgraded from 3700X (8c/16t) which was air cooled on Wraith stock cooler and had core issues unless slowed below factory speeds (burnt up probably) to a 5900XT (16c/32t). Not wanting issues plus knowing it would be a hotter CPU, I went with the artic iii freeze cooler. Max temps are 71C during Cinebench, OCCT.exe, desktop is 38-42, usually low 60’s on launching apps, then right back to 38-42. Quieter than Wraith Air Cooler, more consistent temp holding and lower overall temps, A+!

    Cool and calm
I’m using this to cool an AMD 7950x. It does the job. I haven’t hit the thermal limit of the chip, even running Cinebench 2024. I use the smart fan setting in the BIOS of my motherboard so the fan’s aren’t running at full speed all the time. The jury is out if the socket fan actually does anything. It can’t hurt though, right? It’s a great cooler.

    Great product but be careful
I recently purchased this as my old pump on my aio died and its a great cooler! the temps that you get for the price are incredible. The issue that arises is that it assumes you have the default cooler backplate for your motherboard and as someone who has a prebuilt the only one I had was for my Lianli cooler. I was lucky that I was able to finagle the screws in and make it work with the Lanli backplate but if that weren’t the case I wouldn’t have been able to use my pc. They’ve greatly improved on the setup and installation but in the Arctic freezer 2 I remember that there was a cooler backplate included and I was banking on that being true for this cooler as well.

Highly recommend! Great cooler for the AMD 5950x
Recently upgraded to a Ryzen 9 5950x from a 3950x with a Corsair H60 single-fan AIO cooler and couldn’t be happier. The H60 wasn’t able to keep up with the cooling demands of the monster 5950x (I compile a lot of code and fine-tune A.I. models so the PC runs for hours at 100% utilization). This cooler keeps the CPU rock steady at 60 degrees C for hours on end, even with all cores running. No amount of Cities Skylines 2 or Flight Simulator 2022 gaming can cause the CPU to overheat and throttle down so I’m truly enjoying the overclocking love.Relatively easy to install (go slow, read the instructions, take your time, make sure you mount it correctly) and you’ll be on your way to taming the CPU heat beast in no time. Highly recommend, quality product.

Complete Garbage! The Pump Will Not Mount to the Motherboard Due to Short Unremovable Screws
Avoid this manufacturer. This pump cannot be installed to the motherboard. What kind of idiot put these extremely short screws that you can’t even remove and swap with a longer one?In fact, the screws are so short that you can’t even mount them on the bracket directly!Their youtube instructional video is also worthless. There are many comments there exposing the same issue and their response is completely lackluster. This is a garbage company with a garbage product.Save your money and avoid, I have returned my purchased.

  8. Cassandra L

Cools my 5700X just fine, for idle it goes from 34C at first boot up and 40C after a few hours and after some games. Games are only ever 65C, even on the most demanding games I have. Super quiet, my bedroom fan is louder than my PC now lol.Real pain to install though when replacing an old AIO, but runs great once you get it started.

¡Hola! 👇🏼👇🏼
