Easy to use, works well
I bought this because I bought a new computer which only has USB C input ports, and I need to get data off of old USB-A jump drives, SD cards (mostly from cameras), and also run meetings using the HDMI capability to display the online meeting on a TV in the meeting room. The first meeting I ran using this hub connected to a TV went perfectly! I like that this one hub connects a lot of my various storage media to my new computer.

The customer service experience has been far from helpful, with a barrage of irrelevant questions and no actual support offered, making the process even more disappointing.While I was drawn to the affordability of this multiport adapter, the poor durability and customer service have been major letdowns. My experience makes it hard to recommend this product to anyone looking for reliability and a company with responsive support.

BENFEI USB C HUB 7in1, USB C HUB Multiport Adapter with USB-C to HDMI, USB-C to SD/TF Card Reader/3*USB 3.0/60W Power Delivery.Definitely a good choice for both our new MacBook Pro M2 and the ASUS VivoBook. The Mac has no HDMI or SDI card ports and the ASUS only a Micro SD port, good to use older SD cards. This adapter has it all and works excellent with both laptops. And a bonus is that it has an USB-C power input to charge the Mac if I need the second USB-C port on the Mac for anther device.Just plug and play and go for both.Didnât check the speeds on the downloads, seems to work without any lag.The only possible negative that really isnât, is that the cable is a bit stiff making placement a bit awkward yet still manageable and it being stiff likely makes it more durable.With its soft case and compact design makes it great for portability.It meets all my expectations and recommend to my friends and family.

Ãber den Adapter kann ich nun USB Sticks lesen und sogar mit einer USB Maus mein iPad bedienen.AuÃerdem funktioniert die Bildschirmübertragung über HDMI sehr gut.Das Produkt macht auÃerdem einen hochwertigen Eindruck und hat sogar einen kleinen Beutel dabei.
