Eye catching mouse with great features
I’ve spent several days looking for a gaming mouse at the right price and had the functions I was looking for. This mouse has hit the mark. The RGB functions are great. Colors are vibrant and bright. The adjustable DPI on the fly is great at the touch of one button. Great for adjusting from gaming to productivity.Mouse came almost fully charged, so getting to full charge before use was a short period of time. Currently setup with 2.4ghz wireless connection. So far it’s crisp and responsive. The mouse clicks are also nice a crisp and with optical switches there is no worry of double clicking. The software was quick and easy to install. All custom configurations per the software are also quick and easy.Although I don’t have much time using this mouse, I can say the setup was quick and easy. This is the first ergonomic style mouse I’ve ever used. Overall very comfortable for gaming or simple productivity tasks.

    Best Mouse I’ve Ever Used
I’ve had a wired Basilisk for several years now and it still works just as well as it did before. It has not developed any issues with the scroll wheel, the buttons, or any sort of double-clicking problems. I’ve had other similarly priced mice before and all of them did not stand up to the quality of the Razer Basilisk. After 4-5 years of use, the rubber grip on the side has finally started to wear down and be uncomfortable on my finger so I decided to purchase another one, this time the wireless Basilisk V3 Pro in white. It’s such a great mouse. The response is great, the feel is great, the RGB effects are extremely customizable, and the build quality is top notch. For the wireless version, I’ve found the battery life to be excellent and if you use the docking station for it, it’s easily rechargeable and has an excellent polling rate. I’ve noticed no difference in response from the wired to the wireless with the dock. The only thing I’d say is the wired mouse is MUCH cheaper so if you’re fine with having the wire, you may as well just get that instead of the wireless.

Best wireless mouse I ever owned.
This mouse design is extremely similar to another top popular brand I’ve used before, so it was easy to get used to, but once I actually used it, I realized how much better it is. It’s very fast and responsive, charges fast, and has nice RGB lights. The grip on the sides are very tactile and the clicks are satisfying. The battery lasts a few days and I just charge it before bed so it’s perfect. My FPS aim and 180° turns have improved dramatically and so has my general PC use, I rarely “misclick” with this mouse! The weight is perfect for me, some people think it’s too heavy, but I have a heavy hand so it’s great for me. Compared to my old brick wireless mouse that used a AA battery, this is super light. My ONLY complaint as that the mouse wheel clicks a bit too easily, and when scrolling in something like File Explorer, I tend to accidentally push too hard and open a new tab. The scroll wheel otherwise is amazing, and the left/right wheel buttons are very responsive and makes swapping tabs and scrolling quickly very easy. I don’t use the auto hyper scroll feature because I’m worried about the mechanism wearing down so I stick to manual, but the manual press feels logical and not physical, meaning it seems to activate as a logical switch function and not as a depressed switch like my other old mouse (it’s not a physical button lock).I’m completely sold on the new optical switches, and I’m never going back to my previous favorite brand after this. I saw some people calling Razer a “luxury brand” or a “sponsor brand”, but that’s definitely not the impression I got with this mouse. It’s as awesome as it looks! The white color is beautiful and looks great glowing on top of my desk.

    Great mouse!
Good for big hands! Been using for months now and it still holds a pretty good charge(will last about 5-7 days of regular gaming use. Also the ability to unplug the 2.4? Bluetooth and plug in the mouse on the fly is very convenient. Lighting is great as well, a strip around the base of the mouse as well as the snake by your palm and wheel on both sides. GJ Razer! Came with dongle, Bluetooth receiver and white braided cable which looks sharp!

Sleep feature that cannot be disabled, tech support is absolutely garbage
I bought this mouse to replace an aging Logitech wireless mouse that has seen been discontinued. The hardware itself is well-built and comfortable. The mouse has a “feature” that puts itself to sleep after so many minutes, and this feature cannot be disabled. Not being able to disable this is a bad software design, and many people complain about this in various online forums. It takes getting used to the fact that I have to shake my mouse to wake up. If this had been the only issue, I could have learned to adjust. But no, the overall experience quickly went downhill from there. The software nagged me about a firmware update, so I gave in and installed it. Now, the mouse does not shake awake. I have to physically turn it off and back on once it goes to sleep. And again, the software will not let this feature be disabled to work around this firmware issue.I contact support via email form submission, and explain this issue, filling out the long list of information Razer asks for as part of opening a support ticket. Over a week goes by and I finally get a response from Support Person A, who provides me a link to a help webpage on how to charge the mouse. That’s not the issue so I reply back stating such. A day later, I get another reply from Support Person B with another link to another webpage that explains that its best to turn the mouse off when charging it, and explains how to do that. Again, I reply back saying they are not reading my issue, and I reiterate the issue to them. Today, I get another response from Support Person C that asks me to fill out all the demographics and purchase info I provided in the first email, which all that info is already in the email thread. It has become clear their support people do not want to take the time to work on an issue, and rather send cookie-cutter form responses hoping that I either go away, or the ticket lands on someone else’s queue to deal with.

What’s not to like? Ergonomics, build quality, technology within, this is one awesome mouse. And the Chroma RGB wrapping around it is very nicely put together, it looks excellent. Just buy it. Go on.

I am using this mouse for work, primarily for CAD drawing. I need an accurate and comfortable wireless bluetooth mouse and this fits the bill perfectly.
