Easy to use and solid manufacturing.
This little dock is small, light weight and packed with features. It has two HDMI ports, one VGA port, multiple USB ports and one wired network port. On Win10 it was pretty much plug and play. Worked right out of the box. Tested all the display ports and they worked well. I was able to setup a small place to dock my laptop at home and will be getting a second one to use for travel in my laptop bag.

Early Evaluation-Easy setup-Seems to work well
01/11/2024: Dock continues to work well. I have learned a bit of an issue. With subordinate USB docks plugged into this dock, an electrical power drain occurs overnight when the laptop is off but some other connected items have an electrical drain. Needed electricity comes backward from the laptop battery causing the battery to be drained by morning to the programmed level, 20% in my case.01/05/2024: Dock really and silently works very well. Worth cost which is not a lot compared to other docks. Thank you.Early Evaluation: So far very good. Easy set up. Good very small but easily understood paper instructions. No driver issues. Just moved cables from former docking station to this docking station. Learned something from both the instructions and watching generic YouTube videos on connecting a docking station. Recommend watching instructional videos. Have not encountered any overheating problems.

Great little USB docking station — but gets hot.
I purchased this USB C docking station to go along with my new laptop because I needed the extra ports, and its great to have multiple external monitors. Although its not a USB4, the Gen 2 USB 3.2 is plenty fast for my current needs. However, I will say that this docking station gets hot to the touch, and for me, a little too hot (and this is with only using a 65 watt power adapter; can’t imaging what it will be like at 100 watts). Although it performs nicely, I will return it for something that is a bit cooler to the touch.

Great docking station!
I recently changed employers and my existing Dell dock was not working with the new company provided Lenovo. I did not want to wait to see if the company provided a new docking station and also wanted something that I could keep I decided to buy one. I was using my son’s basic Anker hub which was ok (only one monitor and hardly any other ports). After researching others I decided to buy this one (the nice discount was hard to say no to). The dock has no problem with two HDMI monitors hooked up. In addition I have enough USB ports for a webcam, mouse, keyboard and head set.So far it has worked without any hiccups. My laptop was able to easily recognize it and so far have not experienced any dropped connections whatsoever.Very pleased with this purchase.

Works, but has a major flaw.
This docking station has good functionality, but there is one major drawback.PROs: I like the fact that you can link an HDMI connection monitor along with a VGA connection monitor, this is the feature I needed most for my setup. It has lots of USB ports and even a LAN connection, this is very useful for fast connectivity. The price point of $35 is good for a simple setup.The CON: After a couple weeks of flawless use, the mouse cursor and keyboard are starting to lag. I use a combo keyboard & mouse with 1 USB dongle. I’ve never had a single lag issue with this combo in the 2-3 years I’ve used it, until now. Seems like once the docking station heats up (which it does get pretty hot as mentioned in other reviews), my mouse or keyboard will skip, lag and sometimes just freeze.I would not recommend this docking station based on the issues with the mouse & keyboard connectivity. There are other options for $15-20 more, I would spend the extra and hope they have the USB dongle situation figured out.
